The app is designed to queue all actions performed in the correct order and then sync them when adequate service is restored. However, it is recommended that if you have been operating in offline mode, you open your app to wake it up when you have better service and check the Sync Center to verify that all queued actions have synced. If the actions do not sync automatically, you can select the ‘Sync Alerts’ button. If the actions continue to sit in the queue or fail, please reach out to Motili.
