Access the Mobile App

Use your cell phone to go on site and perform jobs and identify equipment.

Step 1

Download and Install the App


Download the free app from the Apple Store or Google Play and follow the instructions to install it. For more information, see How to Install the Mobile App.

Step 2

Create a Password

  1. A new user receives an email from Motili with a link to the Platform or Mobile App

  2. Open the email and click the Click Here link. This link expires in 15 minutes.

  3. Type the new password twice and click Reset. The password must be at least 8 characters.

Step 3

Log In

  1. A new user receives an email from Motili with a link to the Platform or Mobile App

  2. Open the email and click the Click Here link. This link expires in 15 minutes.

Tip: Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (Safari, Internet Explorer, and MS Edge are not supported). If you’ve enabled face or fingerprint recognition on your mobile device and entered your login and password, you can log in using face or fingerprint recognition. See Install the Mobile App.
